Stella, Darling Boutique Return Policy

We hope you absolutely love your Stella, Darling purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to accept eligible returns for store credit only.

Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at: stelladarlingboutique@gmail.com 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors, or other signs of wear
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • In the same condition in which they were received

Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise not in original condition will not be accepted and will not qualify for store credit.

Return Shipping

To begin a return, please contact Stella, Darling Boutique to request a return shipping label. We will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise amount, less the cost of the return shipping label.

Final Sale Items

For health and hygiene reasons, all swimwear is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any merchandise specifically marked Final Sale is also not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Please do not wear, wash, or remove the tags from an item you believe is damaged or defective before contacting us.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as Stella, Darling Boutique store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Store credit can be used toward a future purchase at Stella, Darling Boutique.

Stella, Darling Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
